The extra virgin olive oil Acropolis, Class Ultra Premium, with acidity less than 0.3%, is the ambassador of the Acropolis oil series. The olives are harvested the traditional way from a particular region of Messinia and the oil is extracted by cold pressing of 100% Koroneiki olive variety. The cold pressing is the main reason why it keeps all the nutrients of the oil, and especially anticancer substance “oleocanthal” which occurs in higher concentration only in Koroneiki variety! The result of this process is an excellent quality olive oil with an intense flavor
